Partner terms & conditions
- Independent contractor relationship. Sales Partners are independent contractors — not employees, agents or representatives of Exceat Lab. The programme does not create employment, a joint venture or an agency relationship.
- Commission eligibility.
- Commission applies only to successfully completed projects by referred clients.
- International projects earn 20%. Sri Lankan (LKR) projects earn 10%, depending on the product and project.
- Commission is calculated on the final confirmed payment received from the referred client.
- Commission is processed only after full payment is received and verified.
- This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- Code of conduct.
- Never claim to be an employee or official representative of Exceat Lab.
- No false promises, misleading statements or unethical sales tactics.
- No spam, harassment or inappropriate behaviour.
- Suspension and termination.
- Misconduct, unethical behaviour or client complaints.
- Attempted fraud, false referrals or misuse of the programme.
- Any activity that could harm Exceat Lab’s reputation or relationships.
- No authority to bind. Partners may not enter agreements, negotiate terms or make commitments on behalf of Exceat Lab.
- Verification and fraud prevention. We verify every referral. Suspected fraud, duplicate referrals or manipulation may lead to disqualification and legal action.
- Reporting and transparency. Clients can report inappropriate partner behaviour at any time. Verified reports may result in immediate removal from the programme.
- Programme changes. Exceat Lab may modify, pause or end the programme at any time without prior notice.
- Governing law. Disputes are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom and resolved in their courts.
